The traditional education system offers instruction at scale and while this standardized approach to education is practical and convenient, it is not the best way for many children to learn.
Albert Einstein disliked the work done in a typical school day and dropped out at 15. He flunked his entrance exam into college, bombing the botany, zoology, and language sections. Einstein then hit the books, studied up, and passed the entrance exam, but still remained a lackluster student throughout college and preferred to study on his own.
Personalized learning and education are going to pay the biggest dividends for many students because not every child thrives within a standardized system. Einstein himself struggled in traditional academic environments, and many bright, capable students today experience similar challenges despite having tremendous potential.

Most of us are capable of more than we realize, and this is a message worth spreading to others.
I know this is lofty and ambitious but this is my highest goal. Of course we are going to get better grades in the process, that is going to be the byproduct of this objective. But together I know we can do more!
